Gage Calibrations: We are a leading gage repair company that provides calibration to the appropriate ISO, NIST and ANSI standards. As part of the calibration process, our technicians will make no-charge adjustments and repairs to bring your equipment into spec. We will also provide a detailed long-form certificate outlining before and after values, calibration date, technician and laboratory names, and other information required for reporting purposes.

We are the only service provider of our kind that is equipped to perform calibrations and dimensional inspections for class XXX plain rings and class XXX plain plugs. XXX-grade plugs and rings have the highest tolerances of any similar product — calibrating them requires sophisticated, sensitive equipment as well as specialized expertise and attention to detail.

On-Site and Laboratory Service

For local clients, we provide on-site gage repair service that saves you time and money while reducing the risk of damage associated with transporting sensitive equipment. We’ll work quickly to turn around any project with a minimal amount of disruption to your operation.
