Sensitive electronic lab equipment requires regular electronic calibration to stay accurate and reliable. Equipment that is well-maintained and calibrated can mean the difference between running a successful operation and falling behind the competition.
MicronPA is a leading provider of electronic equipment calibration for clients in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. We offer both mobile and lab-based service with a quick turnaround to minimize downtime and keep your team productive. Read on for details about our services or contact our office directly to request more information or book an appointment.
Our highly skilled technicians use a variety of sophisticated tools, including a Fluke 5520A/SC600 calibrator with 50-turn current coil clamp meter accessory, and a Wavetek 1281, 8½ digit Selfcal multimeter, to provide highly precise electronic, amp/volt meter, RF and microwave calibrations. Instruments we routinely service include:
- Thermometers, thermocouples, thermistors and resistance temperature detectors (RTDs)
- Digital and analog oscilloscopes, including both handheld and bench models
- Power meters, disturbance analyzers, harmonics analyzers, power quality monitors, recorders and related equipment
- Handheld and bench multimeters up to 8½ digits graphical multimeters
- Process calibrators
- Data loggers
- Current clamps and clamp meters
- Panel meters
- Watt meters
- Strip and chart recorders
All electronic calibrations are performed to ANSI, ASME, ASTM and other industry-recognized standards. We provide a full long-form certificate, either in hard copy or electronically, that outlines before and after values, inspection dates, next recommended service date, technician name and other relevant information for auditing and liability purposes.
Using our online portal, clients can access and manage records over time, generate to-do lists and email reminders, reduce waste and administration requirements, and ultimately take the hassle out of electronic equipment calibration.
