During this time of widespread sickness due to COVID-19, we wish you and your family continued good health. I am also happy to inform you that all our employees and their families are healthy and continue to work as hard as ever to meet your ongoing calibration requirements.
Under the guidelines as published by Gov. Wolf, our services are considered essential (our business falls under the broad category of “Professional and Business Services” and more specifically – “Other Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services”). Hence, we are allowed to stay open although not without taking appropriate measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19.
One such measure we have undertaken is to temporarily suspend our on-site calibration services except in an emergency and pressing situations. As you know, on-site calibration services often require for us to travel to distant locations and work in close quarters with several individuals, which could result in the inadvertent transmission of the virus.
To minimize the adverse impact of this step on your business, we would like to request you to ship your gages via FedEx or UPS to us and we will turn them around quickly:
