Calibration Services

Our experienced technicians have access to the latest calibration equipment which allows them to perform on-site calibrations to ISO/IEC 17025:2005(E), ANSI/NCSL Z540-1:1994 and traceable to NIST. We calibrate, adjust and repair mechanical equipment such as height and thickness gauges, torque wrenches and torque testers, pressure gauges and more.

Every item we calibrate receives a long-form certificate outlining before-and-after values, technician information, date of service and other data required for auditing purposes. We can provide hard copy certificates for your files or electronic records that are fully accessible and backed up via our secure web portal.

Our objective is to forge long-lasting relationships with our customers, which we do by being your go-to provider for all calibration needs. We’ll work with you to develop a schedule that keeps all your instruments up-to-date, accurate and industry-compliant at all times.

On-Site Calibrations

One key advantage of making MicronPA your partner for automotive equipment calibrations in Central PA and beyond is the fact that we offer extensive on-site service capabilities. On-site service saves you the time and expense involved in shipping out your important tools and reduces the risk of damage during transit. Our team will work quickly to minimize disruption to your operation. Best of all, this will effectively give you increased uptime with your critical equipment.

On-site equipment calibrations are available for automotive clients located in Lancaster and throughout Central PA, as well as parts of Virginia and Maryland. If there’s a tool we can’t calibrate on-site or if more extensive repairs are required, we’ll arrange safe and fast shipping to our York, PA, laboratory.
